In general, accessories are consisted of metal, zamac and plastic parts such as handles, hinges, espagnolette, etc. which are moving and mechanic parts of a PVC window system.

Zamac is consisted of basic metal containing mixture of zinc, aluminum, copper and magnesium. As zamac is resistant against high impact and load, no resilience and breaking is seen with the zamac-based product. Hinge, counterplate and mullion connection are produced from zamac raw material with chemical structure as per DIN 1743.

Opening Systems

Our espagnolette and tilt and turn systems with their certified quality, functional perfection which are produced by use of high technology under Winkhaus license provides multifaceted use and quick mounting due to its small number of hardware.
 

Hinges

Our hinges are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 1935 quality standards, from zamac raw material, in sizes of 90mm and 75mm, wit their burrs completely removed by the computer-aided vibrators, washed in the pre-treatment baths and painted according to the electrostatic and burn-inn methods. Painted by colors in good match with the different profile colors, our hinges have 25.000 times opening-closing service life thanks to the special, non-wear plastic housing. For safe transportation and handling, our hinges are individually packed by vacuum technology.

Handles

As our door and window handles are supported by metal in length of 7mm x 7mm along the handle, they are never broken and can be made firm at any position with their position locking tabs. They are produced in colors showing good match with different profile colors.

Counterplates

As counterplates are produced from zamac as raw material, no color change occurs on the surface over time and it is resistant against high impact.
